Ordering Process

  • Get a pricing Estimate for your wedding invitation printing cost.
  • Email your press-ready pdf files to us.
  • Your files will be verified that they meet the design file setup requirements.
  • An invoice will be emailed to the person responsible for payment.
  • Payment in-full must be made before materials will be ordered
  • Once the invoice is paid your job is put on the press schedule and the production-clock will begin.


  • Standard Turnaround | at the height of the wedding season most jobs are packaged and ready to ship 3 weeks from the date of file submission and invoice payment. However, job complexity and the specification of materials other than our house papers and envelopes could impact the standard turnaround time.
  • Rush Turnaround | rush-printing may or may not be available, depending on the complexity and material requirements of your job. Please chat with us if your job needs to be rushed.
  • Rush Fee | 50% or $250, whichever is greater. Additional fees may also be applied for the rush-ordering of materials.


  • All shipping fees are calculated and invoiced after the invitation suite is packaged.
  • Options for shipping speed will be made available upon request, otherwise your package will go out via UPS Ground.
  • Your package will ship after the shipping invoice has been paid.
