Jazyrain stands behind the quality of its products and services.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.

• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
• Errors in choosen options such size, finishing options, or quantity.
• Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with Jazyrain specifications.
• Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
• Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other finishing services.
• Incorrect shipping address or other errors created by the customer.

Payment

Any prices and amounts shown on this site and any estimates or invoices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method.

A 50% deposit is due upon the receipt of press-ready artwork. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by Jazyrain on that print job, should the need for a cancelation arise. Please note that work will not begin on any print job until the deposit payment is received by Jazyrain. The remaining balance of the invoice, plus shipping costs will be due prior to shipment. Shipping options and prices will be presented once the package is ready to ship, the cost of the chosen method of shipping will be added to the final billing.

Payment in full is requested for any job that is under $500.00.

Payment Methods

All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:

• Pay by credit card by calling Jazyrain at (360) 608-2827.
• Pay by check, mail to: 7935 NE St. Johns Road, Vancouver, WA 98665
• Pay by PayPal, email payment to bookkeeping@jazyrain.com

Sales Tax Policy

Jazyrain is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to Washington state. Tax is calculated based on the printing and finishing product subtotal.

Tax-Exempt Individuals

If tax was charged on your order and you would like to claim tax-exempt status, you can request an adjustment for the amount of sales tax charged by sending in documentation of your tax-exempt status. Before or after placing your order through the Site, please email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate along with your order number to bookkeeping@jazyrain.com. After receiving your certificate, I will send you a confirmation Email.

Color Accuracy

Jazyrain will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. The accuracy of each color is guaranteed to be within 90% of the Pantone Solid Uncoated color(s) chosen. All colors in the final files MUST be specified in 100% Black CMYK or Pantone Solid Uncoated. I can not accept color descriptions any other way.

Artwork Files

I check all artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and I encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Jazyrain. Please note that I have created file preparation guidelines to assist you in creating press-ready files, and I also offer file preparation support services.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights.

Printing Turnaround Time

Your job will be printed and ready to ship within three weeks of receiving your press-ready artwork and deposit payment. 

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your press-ready files have been uploaded/emailed to me, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. Please note that if I am unable to print your files because they do not conform to my file requirements, your job status will be put on “Hold” and your printing turnaround time will be reset once the correct files are received.

Printing turnaround begins when I have your press-ready file(s) for your print job and deposit payment, not from when the order is first submitted.

Shipping

Unless you are able to pick-up your order, your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Contact me if you'd prefer another shipping method.

Shipping transit times vary, and Jazyrain assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service.

Miscellaneous

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Jazyrain begins working on your order, which means Jazyrain has received the necessary materials (i.e., digital files and deposit, printing plates, papers and envelopes).
